The Shepherds Inn is located along the famous Coast to Coast (C2C) cycle route, which is a 140 mile route, stretching from Whitehaven & Workington on the West coast all the way to Tyne & Wear at Sunderland, or Tynemouth on the East coast. We offer ideal accommodation for weary travellers.

The route meanders through the majestic Lake District, across the Pennines, using both on and off-road tracks. The Shepherds Inn is lucky enough to be right on the official route, making it the perfect place to stop for a rest.
